Temple of Deliverance College of Theology (TODCOT) was conceived by Dr. Ralph G. McGlown after a calling that was placed on his life to teach the anointed, unadulterated word of God. Temple of Deliverance College of Theology has proudly served the E.St.Louis area since August, 2014. Temple of Deliverance is an accredited seminary, a church, and a home to many.
